Craig Ihms has specialized in marketing communications since giving up on newspapers in 1999. His work ranges from pithy taglines and advertising slogans to comprehensive web sites and thoroughly researched annual reports. No matter what the content, Craig believes in considering readers first and foremost, banishing passive voice and hitting deadlines. He’s a veteran of three Fortune 500 communications departments and has worked in higher education. Craig has been a member of IABC’s Cleveland Chapter for more than 10 years, including eight on the board. He earned his BS in Journalism from Ohio University and his MS in Organizational Communication from Northeastern University.
