Show Me Who Your Friends Are

Over the years we’ve developed a few little tricks that we can get away with that larger firms can’t, just by the nature of our personal relationships. Two of us are married, two of the partners have been friends since the 7th grade, and three of us went to college together (undergrad and grad—that’s a long sentence). We’ve been in each other’s wedding parties.

When you’re working with family, you know what kind of noogies you can get away with. And we call each other out when we see bull-puckey. We think this helps keep the work fresh, increases our production time, and takes a lot of the ego out of the office. Everyone at Enspace is fully invested in each others success. And that means we can focus all of our attention on amplifying yours.
